Full job description: Campus Coordinator

Zoni Campus Coordinators direct and coordinate all operational processes including but not limited to sales, admissions, facilities, and administrative duties of the school. They demonstrate strong leadership, manage, and supervise staff and ensure a positive working environment.

Position overview:
• Work together with the operations in all day-to-day campus activities in various areas such as, but not limited to, admissions, student services, marketing, and facilities
• Ensure the smooth flow of daily operations of the school
• Opening and closing school on assigned days
• Support implementation of Zoni policies and procedures
• Resolve student complaints
• Participate in the preparation of class schedules, initiation of new courses and weekly updates
• Process all refund requests
• Promote and maintain a positive campus atmosphere conducive to a pleasant work environment for employees and a pleasant study environment for students

In-person

Associate degree, Bachelor's preferred
At least 2-3 years of administrative experience
Strong customer service background
You will be interacting with our customers.
Sales
Ability to communicate effectively within a diverse population of students, faculty and staff

5-day work week
Monday through Thursdays and Saturdays
Morning schedule
Monday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Wednesday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

*schedule is a tentative and the hours will be finalized upon hire
